Cancellation & refunds

Free-event places can be cancelled by contacting Sunrit Culture so the place can be released to another attendee.

For paid events, refund eligibility should follow the event-specific terms published at booking. Where Sunrit Culture cancels an event, eligible paid bookings should be refunded through the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is agreed.

If an event is postponed or materially changed, affected attendees should receive clear options based on the published event terms and applicable consumer protections.
